Blending ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic modalities, she creates bespoke experiences that support private clients, Fortune 100 teams, global leaders including LVMH, and exclusive member communities. Rooted in ancient Eastern teachings, neuroscience, sound science and energetic principles, her approach is intuitive, grounded, uplifting, and transformative. Through carefully curated sessions, workshops, and retreats, she supports individuals in reconnecting with their inner truth and stepping into their fullest potential & power. Michelle holds certifications in Sound Healing, Clinical Nutrition, Yoga (200hr), Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Kundalini Arts, Reiki, and BioGeometry, and is a dedicated practitioner of meditation, breathwork, and mindset training. She is a founding partner of Lore Bathing Club and former founder of Casa 505 Interiors, blending wellbeing and aesthetic refinement throughout her work.

Gigi Paris is a New York City based model, creative, and wellness practitioner whose work lives at the intersection of beauty, mindfulness, and self-expression. Over the past two decades, Gigi has found balance in her fashion career by continuously exploring her yoga practice and deepening her studies through 500-hour teacher trainings in both Bali and her hometown of Miami. Her teaching style blends fluid movement, breath-work, and intentional stillness, creating space for both physical transformation and emotional clarity. In 2021, she founded Jijou, a silkwear brand rooted in sustainability and artistry, featuring garments made from hand-pressed flowers. Each piece is a reflection of nature, femininity, becoming a one of a kind treasure. As a Vuori ambassador, her retreats are designed as a return to the self and authenticity. Through yoga, mindfulness, and community, she creates a space of inspiration to support both personal growth and deep restoration.
